  • Comfortable with Analytics: You don’t have to be a math whiz, but you know the value of tracking KPIs and understanding project metrics to improve performance.

What You’ll Be Doing (aKA the day-to-day)

  • Managing Projects from Start to Finish: Oversee lead generation and marketing projects from onboarding to delivery. You’ll be the primary contact, manage client communication, and drive project outcomes.
  • Running Client Meetings: Lead weekly calls to discuss campaign progress, address questions, and gather feedback.
  • Creating and Updating Project Plans: Build timelines, set milestones, and coordinate with our team to ensure deliverables meet our standards.
  • Delivering Reports: Create accurate and timely client reports that summarise performance, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Leading with Strategy: Work closely with our team to align campaign projects with client business goals and growth strategies.

What You’ll Bring to the Role

  • 3+ Years of Project Management Experience (bonus if in cold outreach, marketing, consulting, or lead generation).
  • Strong Communication Skills: You’re a pro at delivering clear updates to clients and internal teams, and you do it with a friendly, professional tone.
  • A Collaborative, Problem-Solving Mindset: Whether it’s troubleshooting a blocker or coordinating resources, you know how to get things done.
  • An Eye for Detail and Big-Picture Thinking: You understand how everything connects and take pride in flawless project execution.
